Position:
Assistant of Chief Representative
Job Responsibilities：
-Admin
Back up Chief Representative
Travel and Meeting coordination
basis financial affairs and administrative work
Daily email follow up and intervention where needed
- Sales Steering Function
Data Analysis and retrieving
General Report and Presentation
Qualification Required：
Junior Student or above
-Proficient in written & oral English & Chinese (CET6/TEM4 or above)
- Excellent skills in MS-Office Application
- Good database management skills
- Familiar with Office facilities
-Knowledge of foreign trade or logistics is plus
-Independent but collaborative; good team spirit, organized, with good initiative; creative
-Can well withstand pressure and manage stress
- 6 month at least
- Female Prefer
Treatment：
24 Hours / Week
1500+/ Month
